Refunds & Returns

1. Overview

At ShopSixPress.com, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.


2. 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or return.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • Item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Item must not be damaged by misuse

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate or sanitary products (for hygiene reasons)


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at smenterprisesllc1020@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos showing the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive instructions for returning your item

  2. You must ship the item back within 7 days of approval

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

For size exchanges or preference changes, a new purchase may be required.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your bank/credit card company
